The Department of Environmental Conservation hosted the 3rd in a series of open houses on proposed fine particulate pollution control regulations last (Weds.) night in Fairbanks. The state is in the process of reviewing the regs for inclusion in a plan to get Fairbanks into compliance with federal air quality standards.  As KUAC’s Dan Bross reports, those who showed up last meeting voiced concern that the proposed regulations won’t do enough.
