Fairbanks, AK – One of the state's biggest health insurance companies is looking to become a for-profit business. As KUAC's Robert Hannon reports, Premera Blue Cross' efforts to become publicly traded could pump millions of dollars into an account to aid Alaskans without insurance, but critics say the conversion could drive up health care costs.
