Sides Line Out For Latest Air Quality Initiative

There will be no funded campaign to fight a citizen initiative aimed at stripping the Fairbanks North Star Borough of certain air quality regulation powers. As KUAC’s Dan Bross reports, this fall’s initiative is the 6th local voters have considered on the issue since 2009, and follows defeat of a ban on local regulation last year.
