The Bow Thayer Trio performs originals from Bow Thayer himself. He's made a new instrument, the Bojotar, featured in the "plugged in" part of the show. Krishna Guthrie plays guitar and drums in the trio and brings a family tradition of American music to the band through the lineage of Woody Guthrie (great grandfather) and Arlo Guthrie (grandfather). Alex Abraham harmonizes on vocals and makes up the rhythm section for the trio.
