Fairbanks, AK – The collaborative efforts of state and federal agencies in fighting Alaska's wildfires this summer has generated a lot of attention. Currently there are 1500 fire fighting personnel assigned to Alaska from all over the country, but as KUAC's Bonnie-Sue Hitchcock reports, many of Alaska's fire crews are home grown right here in the state:
