Fairbanks, Ak. – For the first time since 1991, dipnetters won't have to pay anything to wet their nets at Chitina. As Kuac's Dan Bross reports, a state law passed 2 years ago, that eliminates a permit fee, goes into effect next week when the popular fishery opens.
