Elbasan Appeal Denied

The Fairbanks North Star Borough Planning Commission has voted down an appeal of a new subdivision in North Pole.  The Elbasan Acres development stems from a public nomination back in the 1990’s, and calls for about 120 homes on 1 plus acre lots, and an elementary school site. KUAC’s Dan Bross reports.
