Gas Plan To Get Another Look

The Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority lead Interior Energy Project is still alive. The plan to truck low price, clean burning natural gas to the interior has been paused by rising cost estimates for a North Slope gas processing facility, and the recent departure of corporate partner MWH Alaska, but as KUAC’s Dan Bross reports AIDEA  isn’t giving up on the project.

Dan has been in public radio news in Alaska since 1993. He’s worked as a reporter, newscaster and talk show host at stations in McGrath, Valdez and Fairbanks. Dan’s experience includes coverage of a wide range of topics, from wolf control to the Trans-Alaska Pipeline and dog mushing.
