Several people told Fairbanks Mayor Jim Matherly and the City Council Monday that they’re angry the council postponed action last month on a proposed anti-discrimination ordinance. Supporters of the measure that would bar discrimination against the LGBTQ community and other groups also say they endured verbal attacks during the Dec. 10 public hearing on the measure – and “cyber-harassment” through a smartphone app that was used to share threatening and obscene images.
