Claims of rising crime dominate midterms — but victims are left out

An anti-crime organizer Aswad Thomas is looking to get victims organized to vote. In all the talk about crime, victims seem to be left out of the story. The Detroit native was shot years ago, as were his dad, brother and cousins.
