Members of law enforcement and the public turned out yesterday (Tues) for processions held in Anchorage and Fairbanks as the body of a fallen Fairbanks police officer was transported home. Sergeant Allen Brandt died Friday in Anchorage due to complications following eye surgery to remove shrapnel received when he was shot October 16th. KUAC’s Amanda Frank reports.
