Assembly Delays Final Decision On School Funding

The Fairbanks North Star Borough Assembly passed a roughly 161 million dollar budget last night. The spending plan does not include a one million dollar funding boost requested by the school district. As KUAC’s Robert Hannon reports, the assembly is waiting to see what state lawmakers provide, before taking action.
