Elbasan Appeal Steps Up

An appeal filed in state superior court is challenging the Fairbanks North Star Borough Planning Commission’s approval of a borough subdivision development plan for an area of North Pole with chronic wintertime fine particulate pollution.  KUAC’s Dan Bross reports.
