Suits Push Air Quality Enforcement

Court cases are targeting weak enforcement of fine particulate pollution standards.  A case ruled on in Washington D.C. in January, and another filed last month in Colorado deal with regulations impacting communities like Fairbanks, where high levels of smoke and other air pollutants violate the federal Clean Air Act.  KUAC’s Dan Bross reports on the suits challenging the Environmental Protection Agency.
