Crews Divert Flowing Water, Re-open One Lane of Dalton Highway

One lane re-opened this morning on the Dalton Highway south of Deadhorse, a 5 mile section of the road, where overflow had halted traffic for 2 days.  KUAC’s Dan Bross reports.
