E.P.A. Water Rule Gets Fairbanks Hearing

U.S. Senator Dan Sullivan conducted a 2^nd Alaska field hearing on the Environmental Protection Agency’s proposed “Waters of the U.S.” rule in Fairbanks yesterday (Weds). As KUAC’s Dan Bross reports like a Monday session in Anchorage, the Fairbanks hearing included  testimony for and against the draft rule, defining what waters fall under the Clean Water Act.
