Fairbanks Four Civil Case Before Judge

It’s up to US District Court Judge H. Russel Holland to decide if a federal civil rights suit filed against the city of Fairbanks will proceed. Judge Holland heard attorneys argue yesterday (Weds) in Fairbanks, on a city motion to dismiss the suit filed by Native (3 Ak Native and 1 American Indian) men, known as the Fairbanks Four.
