CDC Researching New Virus In Fairbanks

A doctor with the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is in Fairbanks investigating the second known case of what’s been labeled Alaskapox. As KUAC’s Dan Bross reports there’s no serious public health threat, but the rarity of a new virus has prompted attention.
