A sentencing hearing for admitted arsonist Jamison Gallion concluded January 25th at the state courthouse in Fairbanks. The proceeding included testimony from an arson victim and sentencing recommendations from attorneys and ended with the 19-year-old Gallion addressing the courtroom.
