Northern indigenous people have adapted to western style government while retaining a traditional cooperative approach to leadership. That’s the finding of Quebec, Canada based political anthropologist Caroline Herve'.  KUAC’s Dan Bross reports on the work of the Herve, who’s currently based at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
