Schools, agencies, organizations and businesses around the country routinely train for how to respond to a mass shooting event. The University of Alaska Fairbanks held what it calls “active killing”event training yesterday (Tues) for students, professors and staff, and as KUAC’s Dan Bross reports, it entails an evolving response approach.
