Interior Alaska will be home to one of a dozen National Science Foundation funded atmospheric monitoring sites across the US. The 12-million-dollar project being led by Georgia Institute of Technology will establish the country’s first ever monitoring network for natural and human made aerosols, like emissions from fossil fuel burning. KUAC’s Dan Bross reports.
