Fairbanks, AK – Spotting a whale at close range is a sight many people wait a lifetime for, but coming up close with a majestic creature like the Sperm whale can be an unwelcome experience for Alaska fishermen. On this week's Arctic Science Journeys, we'll hear how the whales made famous in Moby Dick like to feed on sable fish before longliners can haul them aboard.
