Fairbanks, AK – An Ordinance that was killed before it was considered during the Fairbanks North Star Borough Assembly's regular meeting two weeks ago is back on the agenda tonight (Thursday, 6/28/12). A motion to reconsider' revives a proposal to place a series of non-binding advisory questions about funding for specific Borough services on the ballot this fall. As KUAC's Emily Schwing reports, those are questions that make some assembly members uncomfortable.
