As of 3 PM Wednesday May 6th, an ice jam was causing flooding along the Chatanika River, upstream of where the road off the back side of Murphy Dome meets the river.

As of 3 PM Wednesday May 6th, an ice jam was causing flooding along the Chatanika River, upstream of where the road off the back side of Murphy Dome meets the river.

Breakup is in full swing, and ice is moving on Interior rivers.
