1. An F-35 fighter jet crashed early Tuesday afternoon at Eielson Air Force Base. The pilot survived, the cause is under investigation and an eyewitness says she saw the crash.

2. A federal judge has blocked the Trump administration's partial freeze on federal spending, capping a day of massive confusion in Alaska and the rest of the country about the presidents actions.

3. Golden Valley Electric Association officials say the Trump administration’s freeze on federal funding will affect at least two projects that would upgrade the co-op’s grid for renewable energy.

4.  Gov. Mike Dunleavy touted his administration’s accomplishments and outlined plans for his final two years in office during his annual State of the State address Tuesday.
