Bill Would Compensate Wrongfully Convicted

Fairbanks Democratic State Representative Scott Kawasaki has pre-filed a bill that would set up a system for compensating people wrongfully convicted of crimes. As KUAC’s Dan Bross reports, the issue is of particular interest in Fairbanks.
