Many Alaskans have a soft spot for dogs, especially animals that survive against the odds. That’s the case of a stray dog that’s been wandering through Parks Highway communities since last summer, getting food from people. As KUAC’s Dan Bross reports, despite the interaction with people, the dog has eluded capture.
