Iditarod Fairbanks Re-Start Adjusted

The Iditarod has changed its plan for the Fairbanks re-start. As KUAC’s Dan Bross reports, this winter’s warm weather that forced the re-start north from Anchorage is also causing problems in Fairbanks.
