Assembly Backs Code Enforcement

The Fairbanks North Star Borough Mayor has a green light actively enforce land use ordinances. Last night (Thurs.) the Assembly passed a resolution targeting neighborhood junk yards. As KUAC’s Robert Hannon reports, the resolution sparked intense assembly debate.

Robert Hannon started working for KUAC in 1983 and took a 10-year break before returning. “As I was easing into retirement, I jumped at the chance to do what I enjoy best, engage with the people of my community, ask questions and share the answers,” he said.
