Next week the Fairbanks School District unveils its budget for the upcoming year. While the Governor’s numbers for K-12 education are relatively flat, one significant reduction is in school transportation funding. As KUAC’s Robert Hannon reports, the local hit will be close to 700 thousand dollars.
