Lawsuit Seeks Change

December 24th marks 2 years since a Fairbanks man was fatally shot by local police and Alaska State Troopers, and the deceased man’s family recently filed a wrongful death suit against the city, the state, and the officers involved. KUAC’s Dan Bross reports.
