Borough Looks At Regulating Animal Rescues

A proposed Fairbanks North Star Borough ordinance would amend animal control laws, including the addition of animal rescue organization regulations. As KUAC’s Dan Bross reports, the ordinance follows complaints about Loving Companions Animal Rescue in North Pole.
