Fairbanks North Pole area wintertime fine particulate pollution has come down significantly over the past decade but remains well above a federal standard. That’s one of the takeaways from a recently released annual air quality report from the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation. KUAC’s Dan Bross reports.
