The University of Alaska Fairbanks is operating the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program or HAARP facility for 13 projects through October 28th. The projects are the latest made possible by federal support for the ionospheric research facility in Gakona (ga-KO-na). KUAC’s Dan Bross reports.
