A draft federal land management plan for the Central Yukon area of Alaska is out for public comment. The Bureau of Land Management document and an accompanying environmental impact statement apply to over 13 million acres of BLM-managed lands scattered across 56 million acres of the interior, from Galena to along the Dalton Highway.
