02-07-22 Yukon Quest Update

Matt Hall and Brent Sass were first to leave the Central checkpoint earlier this morning for the climb back over Eagle Summit toward Mile 101. Meanwhile, Dan Kaduce arrived in Central to take first place in the Quest 200. A winter weather advisory remains in effect for blowing snow over Eagle Summit, where poor conditions kept some middle and back of-the-pack teams still headed out the trail, pinned down on the other side at the Mile 101 checkpoint yesterday.
